What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
- Your order confirmation email will confirm our current production time as well as the transit time on your order. This will help you determine when you will receive your order.
- If your order includes tracking then you'll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also log into 'My Account' and click 'Track This Order'. Either of these methods will provide you with up to date information on the status of your order.
- UPS Standard Shipping, USPS Priority and USPS Express all include tracking for labels and wall decals.
- If your estimated delivery date has passed then please contact us so that we can help you further.
How long does it take for Label and Decal customization and shipment?
- Due to the customized nature of our products, please allow 2-3 Business Days for production of labels and 5-7 Business Days for all other customized products in addition to the shipping transit time estimates listed below. Orders are produced and shipped Monday through Friday.
- We take a lot of pride in delivering our high quality, custom products to you as fast as possible. However, the actual delivery of your order depends on the shipping method that you chose:

How long does it take for customization and shipment for all other products?
- Due to the customized nature of our products, please allow 5-7 Business Days to produce all non-Label/Wall Decal customized products in addition to the shipping transit time estimates. Metal and wood signs can take up to 15 Business Days to produce in addition to the shipping and transit time estimates listed below. Orders are produced and shipped Monday through Friday.
- Please note that these are price ranges for each grouped product type. Each listed grouping ships from a separate location and will be charged based on the location it ships from.
