    • Your order confirmation email will confirm our current production time as well as the transit time on your order. This will help you determine when you will receive your order – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.
    • You'll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also log into 'My Account' and click 'Track This Order'. Either of these methods will provide you with up to date information on the status of the you order.

    • Due to the customized nature of our products, please allow 3-5 Business Days for production of labels and 3-5 Business Days for all other customized products in addition to the shipping transit time estimates. Orders are produced and shipped Monday through Friday.
